Clergy considering a new direction in their ministry can now access a professional coaching service run by the Church of England.
The Clergy Transitions Service offers online confidential coaching to help with job applications, interviews and gives people the chance to discover their strengths.
Run by certified coaches Catherine Cuffley and Clare Endicott, the service is rooted in the context of life-long discernment and formation.
Catherine and Clare explain: “If you are in ministry and considering a move to another similar role, or you are looking at fresh opportunities in a different area of ministry – we are here to help. We can help you discover your unique interests and skills and help guide you to take the next step.”
