Rector in charge of All Saints with Holy Trinity, Loughborough

The Patron is seeking to appoint a Rector for All Saints with Holy Trinity, Loughborough – a committed member of the Inclusive Church Network, an Intercultural Worshipping Community and proud of its liturgically faithful, sacramental tradition.

To this end, they seek a person who:

  • Provides leadership which is energised by a strong personal faith.
  • Will lead and help the church as it becomes part of a Minster Community.
  • Is passionate about Jesus, prayerful, inspirational, steadfast, and practical with pastoral warmth and sensitivity.
  • Embraces liturgical and sacramental tradition, valuing eucharistic liturgy and informal styles of worship.
  • Will embrace their commitment as a truly inclusive and intercultural worshipping church, where all are welcome.
  • Will support the church and the new Minster Community in being an engaged and visible presence growing faith in local schools and civic life.
  • Will encourage and enable them to fully participate in Diocesan life.
