Doxecology is an exciting new album of contemporary worship songs all themed around creation, God as Creator, and our Christian response to the environmental crisis. Joel Payne, who leads worship at St Barnabas Grange Park, a church plant from Emmanuel & Good Shepherd churches in Loughborough, is a songwriter for Resound Worship who have created the resources. Here he talks to Jon Barrett about the idea for the album, the resources that can run alongside it, and how churches can use it for corporate worship. With songs that range from praising God for the beauty of the earth, to laments for our poor stewardship, and songs calling us to action, this collection has plenty to offer. Look out for us featuring songs from the album during the remainder of Creationtide on our Diocesan Social media Channels.
