In this video, the Bishop of Kiteto, the Rt Revd Bethuel Mlula, and his wife, Bishop Mama Agnes, share their reflections on working with the team from the Diocese of Leicester during their recent visit to the Diocese of Kiteto in September. They expressed their joy and gratitude for the time they spent together, emphasising on how they value the partnership between both the dioceses.
Bishop Bethuel highlighted that we all believe and belong to one God, united as a part of the global church, and he looks forward to strengthening and building lasting relationships between the two dioceses. Bishop Mama Agnes shared her appreciation for the team’s spirit of joy and unity and how they collaborated during their time in Tanzania, noting that it was a blessing to have them visit and serve alongside the community.
Bishop Bethuel and Agnes will be visiting the Diocese of Leicester in the coming weeks (November 2025), and we look forward to welcoming them and spending time with them.
