Fruit that will last (A personal effectiveness programme)
Date:
13th October 2020
Description:
Are you feeling overwhelmed?
Hastily juggling priorities – and dropping the odd ball or two?
Feeling bombarded by information, and disrupted by interruptions that just keep on coming?
Trapped in a daily “tug-of-war” between wellbeing and productivity – serving others and doing what you want to do?

It’s time to get a handle on things.
Across three practical, workshop sessions, you’ll increase your self-awareness, learn how to manage your attention and focus and:
• Plan for the long-term
• Organise your week
• Reduce time spent on email
• Craft goals that motivate you
• Act on time-stealers / wasters and interruptions
• Build confidence in your skills and ability

The sessions are practical and designed to help you work on your time management issues, and develop a plan of action to begin work on immediately

(attendance at all 3 is essential) and will take place at St Martins House, 9.30 – 1pm on the following dates:

Part I Tues 13th October 2020
Part II Tues 3rd November 2020
Part III Tues 24th November 2020

Spaces are limited and being offered on a first come first served basis. Please email mmbookings@leccofe.org to book. The course is free of charge for those licensed/authorised within the diocese, a nominal charge will be applied for those not in an authorised role.
