The LeicesterShire Historic Churches Trust (LHCT) has been awarded £50,000 by Allchurches Trust to assist churches that wish to install a roof alarm. Since August 2018, fifteen churches have been awarded grants and the scheme runs until 31 July 2020, or earlier if the funds are exhausted.

This is an exciting venture that St Andrew's, Jarrom Street are embarking on, with a particular focus on the students in Leicester. The worship seeks to bring a charismatic feel to a traditional catholic experience of prayer and the Eucharist. The team are looking for Christians from around the diocese to support this project as they start up.
