Ride+Stride 2020 is going ahead, albeit a bit differently and with guidance that emphasises social distancing and the extra care that needs to be taken this year.

Churches can register for Ride+Stride 2020...
- Many churches have said they will be open all day, some offering toilet facilities (all being well) while other churches have said they cannot open and will leave the sign-in Register in the porch or on the door.
- This year, R+S will be publishing the List of Churches on the website and via social media so that it can be updated as close to the event as necessary. This means that we can add churches to the list at any time – there is no deadline (although it will help a lot if churches can get in touch as soon as possible).

Ride+Stride is a very devolved event – taking place throughout Leicestershire, and with riders and striders choosing their own routes. What makes the event successful is when as many churches and chapels as possible are included on the List of Churches – whether open with/without Welcomer(s), or closed with the sign-in Register available in the porch or, indeed, a mixture of the two (e.g. open 10-3, then Register in the porch).
