The Bishop is pleased to announce the appointment of The Revd Laura Jackson, currently Curate in the Benefice of Broughton Astley and Croft with Stoney Stanton, as Priest in Charge in the Benefice of Hugglescote, with Donington, Ellistown, and Snibston.
The Bishop announces that The Revd Lauretta Wilson, Team Rector in the Benefice of Kegworth, Hathern, Long Whatton, Diseworth, Belton & Osgathorpe and Area Dean of Akeley East, has been appointed as Vicar of Batheaston and Bathford in the Diocese of Bath and Wells.
The Bishop is pleased to announce that The Revd Professor Stephen (Steve) Walton has been granted a Bishop's License as Associate Priest in the Benefice of Emmanuel Loughborough, from 5 May 2022 until 12 April 2025.

The Bishop announces that The Revd Dr Chris Szejnmann, Curate in the Benefice of Holy Trinity with St. John the Divine, has been appointed as Vicar of Holy Trinity, Barkingside in the Diocese of Chelmsford. Chris' final service at Holy Trinity will be on Sunday 17 July and he will be licensed to his new role on Monday 5 September. The Revd Kate Szejnmann, currently Curate in the Benefice of Holy Apostles, will be ordained priest in the Diocese of Leicester in July, before continuing her curacy in the Diocese of Chelmsford. Kate's final Sunday at Holy Apostles will also be Sunday 17 July.
The Bishop announces that The Revd Paul Oxley, Priest in Charge in the Benefice of Foxton with Gumley and Laughton, will be retiring with effect from 25 October 2022
The Bishop announces that The Revd Mohammad Eghtedarian, Intercultural Pioneer Minister, will be taking up a new position with Christian Aid. Mohammad will therefore be leaving his current role and resigning his licence with effect from 1 June 2022.
