The Bishop announces the death of The Revd Geoffrey Mitchell, aged 84, on Sunday 3 July 2022. Geoffrey was ordained priest in 1992 and served across Leicestershire until his retirement in 2004. Geoffrey held the Bishop’s Permission to Officiate in this diocese from 2004 to 2020. He leaves a wife, Elaine, and three adult children and their families
