We are pleased to announce that Phil Leech, currently Senior Generous Giving Advisor, has been appointed to the role of Archdeacons’ Coordinator for Parish Engagement.
This role will include supporting the Archdeacons in their work with parishes throughout the Minster Community formation process, with permissions for works to church buildings, supporting churches in Minster Communities to agree and formalise working arrangements, and thoroughly embed safeguarding practices and processes.
This role is funded by the Strategic Capacity Funding we recently received as a diocese from the National Church's Strategic Mission and Ministry Investment Board.
