It is with sadness that we announce the death of Miss Rosemary Smith, who died, aged 93, on 3 February.
Rosemary served dutifully as a Reader in The Benefice of Leicester St Anne, St Paul and St Augustine for many years before moving on to live and worship at Wyggestons House.
Rosemary’s funeral will take place at 12 noon on Wednesday 20 March, at St Anne's Church, followed by refreshments in St Anne's Hall.
Canon Michael Wilson, former Vicar of St Anne's, who encouraged and championed Rosemary to her vocation as a Reader, will be preaching at her funeral. All are warmly welcome.
