Clergy HR Policies

The Clergy Handbook originally produced in 2012 is in the process of being replaced by a suite of HR policies.
As updated policies are posted below they replace the existing policy in the Staff Handbook. The first of these is the Maternity Policy.
Other policies will follow and at the appropriate time the Clergy Handbook will be withdrawn.


Parental Leave
Office holders are entitled to maternity and other forms of parental leave for the same periods and subject to the same conditions as an employee under the Employment Rights Act 1996.
