The Church of England has now published its liturgical resources for The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. These include special prayers approved by the Royal Household, an outline Service of Thanksgiving, and other material whch you can find on the following links:

The National Council of Bell Ringers is also encouraging churches to ring their bells to mark the anniversary.
