Richard and Sue, write, "While some people think of rural parishes as being places where nothing much happens and the most exciting event is a jumble sale, Framland Mission Partnership exists to prove otherwise. We rejoice that because we are often small we have the opportunity to build good relationships. We celebrate God’s presence as members of His body here in Framland. And where one member is weaker, so the others forget parish boundaries and offer their support. Where another member has something good happening, so they spread the idea to others and strengthen the whole body by sharing good practice. From Messy Church (for families with primary aged school children) to SWIG (suppers for hardened atheists and agnostics alike), from Street Pastors to 24/7 prayer rooms, Framland is alive with possibilities for discovering God a new. We aim to work in partnership with other churches as much as within Anglican groupings. Above all, we are seeking to discern where God is most active in Framland – and to join in!"
