		&lt;p&gt;This widely used tool explores how you prefer to work and communicate.  It provides a way to think through your gifts, motivations and strengths along with potential areas for growth. It will help you appreciate people who differ from you and improve how you work with others.  Before the first evening you will be asked to complete a questionnaire and then the outcome will be explored over the 2 evenings with some time in between to reflect on what you have discovered. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Open to those who have already some knowledge of Myers Briggs and those who have not.  You will need to be able to attend both evenings to participate.  Places are limited so please book early, contact Claire Stapleton.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

				&lt;strong&gt;Papers&lt;/strong&gt;: Tim Ward and Michael Rusk will present papers on their areas of research.  Both have been involved in publishing material and, as well as the content of their papers, we will spend some time considering the lessons learnt from becoming a published author.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reflection&lt;/strong&gt;: We will also spend time reflecting on a recent talk by Rob Bell, (given at Greenbelt 2009).  This will be made available as an MP3 beforehand.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Please bring your own lunch&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

		&lt;p&gt;John is a theological educator who is invited to lead seminars and conferences all over the world.  He is the author of numerous books for adults and children and is Chair of the Mission Theological Advisory Group.  He describes himself as ‘adventurous in mission’ and as a ‘reflective practitioner on what it means to be a Christian in a changing world.&lt;/p&gt;
