Your Torch Relay Needs You!

Market Harborough to Lubenham. Lubenham to Foxton. On to Kibworth. Continuing through Oadby. An evening celebration in Leicester. Next day on to Quorn, Loughborough, Hoton, Wymeswold. Then to Asfordby, Melton and onwards. With thousands expected to line the route, the torch relay is a huge opportunity for churches to “use the power of the Games to inspire change” (official 2012 vision). As part of the ongoing work of the nine main Christian denominations, a new taskgroup is being launched to meet this wonderful opportunity, but it needs people to be apart of it!
The opportunities are immense. There are lots of resources available, but what is right. We need you (yes you!) to join a small group to consider this. To find out more contact it’s chair, David Pepworth at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
