Business as usual at Cathedral Gardens
18th Nov 2013 - Work to transform an area by Leicester Cathedral into attractive new public gardens is now underway. Leicester Cathedral will be open as normal throughout the work, although there will be changes to access routes. It will also be business as usual at St Martins House conference centre, St Martins House Bookshop and the White Rose Café. The Foodbank, Welcome Project, City of Sanctuary and other outreach projects will also continue to run as normal. Continue Reading

City Mayor backs Cathedral Square
26th Jul 2011 - Sir Peter Soulsby, City Mayor, has stated his strong support for the Diocese of Leicester’s plans to create a new Cathedral Square as the next step in creating a new public space, following the official opening of St Martins House last month.
