Opening of St Martins House,
Friday 10 June.
This provides an opportunity both to celebrate the gift we have been given and to share our message with the people of the city and the county.
St Martins House is a place of mission and every congregation can attend the Cathedral service, followed by a party with food and entertainment in the precinct and events in the new building.
Each parish is invited to apply for tickets for the service now to Julia Unna at St Martins House (julia.unna@leccofe.org or 0116 261 5362). The day will also be a chance to tour St Martins House, see the training rooms and Grand Hall, the new Christian Resources shop, and the Donaldson Centre for Mission and Outreach.
Also at St Martins House there will be a series of sessions about resourcing for mission times. Each one will include a tour of the new facilities, refreshments and a short time of worship at the Cathedral. The options, which are during mornings, afternoons, and evenings, both on weekdays and weekends include a variety of talks and mission resource events. Please see the bottom of this page for more details.
