What skills and style help an employee flourish? What are the biblical principles and foundations for great line management? What legal requirments and good practice do managers need to know aboiut and respect? it is sadly often the case that people are asked to manage others in achurch environment but never given support and training on what can help this relationship reach its potential, in God's grace. With more and more churches taking on staff this day is an opportunity to receive input and space to consider what great line management looks like. Open to anyone who is a line manager for a PCC or other church body and feels this would be helpful, it is provideds without charge but places are limited and on a first booked basis.
