Worship Questionnaire

In the light of the 2020 deanery planning process the Diocesan Liturgical Committee and the School for Ministry have met to discuss the provision for the training and development for Leading Worship throughout the Diocese.
To help us plan, we would appreciate your comments on the following questions. This shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to complete - although fuller responses are welcome.
Please answer from the perspective of your ministry, within your location and context. If you have others in your congregation context that lead worship in a recognised regular capacity, please ask them to complete this questionnaire also.
