The Director of Youth Ministry Robin Rolls, took this post towards the end of August last year, and one of Robin’s main roles is to implement the Young People for Life strategy for youth work – which is one of the key themes of the work of the Diocese of Leicester.
Through the development of the strategy we are rapidly becoming a place where quality youth work is both grown and delivered.
The Department of Youth Ministry has its own dedicated website, which you can visit by clicking here. This takes you to the Young People for Life website, where you can blog, chat to other users, play rock paper scissors, download and watch videos, files and presentations, and become a member (for free). It will text you when something’s happening, and send you a free e-mail also! The website is a great place for community, and with over 200 people signed up already, yp4l.com is the place to be to create your own Facebook identity and meet new people!

Part of the strategy for the Diocese is to create a Bishop’s Youth Council – young people representing all the Anglican young people in Leicester and Leicestershire who will meet with the Bishop at least 6 times a year to begin to bring some changes throughout this amazing place!
