Exciting Flashmob' for all Singers!...City Centre!... Good Friday!
As an exciting (and short) prelude to 'Christ in The Centre', I have been asked to gather together 100 Singers to perform in a 'Flashmob Scenario' just before the play starts from 1000hrs-1030hrs.
At 1010hrs, and from five different points in the City Centre, five groups of 20 singers will be 'discovered', put on a 'token costume' of a red scarf(provided) and begin singing a 'walking chorus'.
From their predetermined starting points, each group will walk singing (and hopefully gather others on the way) and join together in Humberstone Gate on the stage for a final massive rendition of the same chorus (or something even bigger!) in order to get the actual play off to a brilliant start!
