We are very grateful for her contributions to the work of the Diocese in this and earlier roles. Revd Peter Etchells
25th Aug 2011 - The Bishop announces the death of the Revd Peter Etchells, born in 1926. Peter was ordained in 1952 and was Curate at St Margaret’s, Leicester from 1955 until 1958 and Rector of the Benefice of Willoughby Waterleys cum Peatling Magna and Ashby Magna until his retirement in 1996. There is to be a memorial service at St Mary’s, Ashby Magna on Wednesday 31 August. Continue Reading
